WORSHIP

Sunday Worship with Holy Communion is at 9:00 am, led by Interim Lay Minister John Prosen & Music Minister Martin Smith. Scripture readings & hymns are important parts of our worship.

There is a self-service (unstaffed) pre-school nursery room with toddler toys & a kid-sized bathroom available during the Sunday worship service. Refreshments and casual conversations follow each Sunday morning worship service.

For the most of the year, mid-week prayer offices are Tuesday morning Matins at 9:00 am & Wednesday evening Vespers at 7:00 pm. These are on Zoom only. Links to Zoom worship are on the website Home page.

Special worship services are held Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday & during Holy Week, leading into Easter. We often celebrate a combined worship schedule with our Episcopalian brothers & sisters from the Glastonbury parishes of

Saint James and Saint Luke. We’re delighted to share worship formally with friends & neighbors in our community.

We also participate in the Glastonbury Community Thanksgiving service & other joint worship services during the year.

Masks are not required for in-person attendance but you may choose to wear them. Dress for services is casual, although special services at Christmas or Easter, & weddings or funerals will see dressier attire. There are no reserved or restricted seats.

Worship services are available live on Zoom. Schedule & connection info are on the home page. Recordings of past services ate available on our YouTube page, https://www.youtube.com/@StMarkGlastonbury.
